You can now pick up your Scentsy packages at FedEx locations!

FedEx® Hold at Location is now a shipping option for Scentsy orders in the United States. FedEx will deliver your package(s) to a location that is convenient to where you live or work, so you can pick it up on your schedule.

This shipping option is available at checkout for orders placed on all Scentsy Personal Website's as well as during the enrollment process for any New Consultants.

FedEx’s network of pickup locations includes FedEx Office and Ship Centers, Walgreens®, Rite Aid®, Dollar General®, select grocery stores, select specialty stores and more. You can select the site for delivery based on the most convenient location and business hours.

Choose this option when you aren’t going to be home and you don’t want packages waiting on the doorstep in extreme weather or to tempt porch pirates.

Scentsy will let you know when your package is ready to be retrieved. FedEx will hold packages for seven calendar days. You’ll need a photo ID and a tracking number to pick up.
