Queue-It: Scentsy's New Queuing System for Product Launches, Sales and Monthly Transitions.

Scentsy has officially partnered with "Queue-It"! Queue-It is a virtual queuing system that not only helps to control site traffic, but helps the company to analyze how many people are waiting to get onto the site, how many people are in the site buying products and how much time each person is spending on the site. This particular queueing system that Scentsy has in place works just like if you are standing in a line at your favorite restaurant or when you are standing in line at the grocery store, waiting for your turn to check out.


Here is how it works:


  1. When it's time for Scentsy's Product Launches, Sales, and Monthly Transitions, you can go to your Scentsy consultants' website, also known as your consultants PWS, and you'll get put into a virtual waiting room. This waiting room is where you will wait for a given amount of time. Your estimated wait time will be displayed at the bottom of the screen and you will not lose your place in line, even if you went to another site, like Facebook or YouTube.

  2. When it's your turn, just head back to your Scentsy consultants' website and the web browser will update automatically, but, if you decided to head to another website and then go back later, you will be given a message saying that it is your turn when you go back to your Scentsy consultants' website. When this message displays, you can just click on the button to go directly to your Scentsy Consultants' Site. Make sure you are coming back within 10 minutes of it being your turn or you will be returned back the virtual waiting room. This ensures that everyone who wants to get in and make their purchases, can do so.

  3. When you get into your Scentsy Consultants website, be sure to stay active, meaning to click on products, add them to your club, or checkout. If you are not active, the queuing system will automatically kick you back into the virtual waiting room after 20 minutes of inactivity.

  4. Scentsy will turn off the queuing system after some time has past, usually after a few hours. Once the system has been turned off, everyone will be able to access Scentsy without waiting.


Queue-It, like all software and technology in the world, does have some drawbacks at times:


  1. You may see your wait time be over 1 hour. That is very typical when there are a huge number of people trying to access the launch or sale at the same time. Just be patient or go back later at your convenience.

  2. Both Queue-It and Scentsy's website can go down or stall at any time. This goes for every single website you have ever gone to including Facebook and Amazon. When this happens, Scentsy will inform their consultants, in which they will let their customers know. If your consultant has not made you aware of this, please reach out to your Scentsy Consultant to get clarification. If your Scentsy Consultant does not help you when this situation occurs, please reach out to Scentsy and let them know about the situation.


So now that you have some knowledge of Queue-It, you can be better prepared for Scentsy's Product Launches, Upcoming Sales, and the Monthly Transitions.


Here are a few helpful tips to make sure you get the best experience.


  1. Do not clear your web browsers cookies when you are in the virtual waiting room, even if your web browser does nothing. Doing so will reset your wait time and will result in you being sent to the back of the line. Your Web Browser will update automatically.

  2. Your wait time may increase or decrease at any time. That is typical as Scentsy has teams that monitor the traffic and adjust accordingly. Please be patient and it will be your turn to shop.

  3. Make sure you are on your Scentsy Consultants' website about 10 minutes prior to the launch or sale. Then just keep refreshing your web browser until you see the Queue-It virtual waiting room as this will insure you will be put into the queue.

  4. When you are placed into the queue, refreshing your web browser will not increase or decrease your wait time.

  5. Make sure you stay on the same URL or you will be sent to the back of the line.
