Size and Placement

The first stage you should consider is size and placement: how big/small do you want your warmer to be and can your current living space handle the size of warmer you want.
The first step is to figure out the best place to put your warmer so you and anyone who enters your home can sit and enjoy it. Look at your current living space and make a list of locations you would want it to go. Then you can narrow your list down by looking for the outlets in those locations. Some outlets may be too far to reach your warmer, so cross those locations off your list. If you are having troubles narrowing down your locations, that is ok. The next step will help you decide.
Once you have narrowed down your list, the next step is figuring out the size of the warmer you want. Look at your list and see what size fits the locations and your preferences. Do you want your warmer to be big and bulky or small and cute or maybe a mix of both? The best way to do this is to place items that are roughly the same size you would want your warmer to be, like, a picture frame, a paper weight, a lamp, a stack of DVD's, etc., anything that resembles the size you want. Then just measure the size with a ruler or measuring tape and write down the height and width for every location.
